It was recorded the on February 24 & 25 in Annapolis Maryland at Phoenix Recording Studios. Special Thanks to Brent Law from Phoenix Recording Studios who worked magic on this amazing project.

The song is about denial of the inner child and pain inside from childhood, to discovery of the inner child, to the triumph of recovery of the inner child's spirit free from guilt and shame. Many people can relate to this story and are in different stages of this journey in their lives.

Excellent Song
This is a very beautiful song. The lyrics are so personal, yet I think so many have been through or will go through an inner journey such as this one.
